BIG ASS HATS

Big Ass Hat Blanks for Makers

You make the patch. We’ve got the BIG ASS HAT.

Start with an oversized blank and add your own design. These lightweight foam hats give patch makers, custom shops and crafters a big canvas for school spirit gear, business promotions, tailgates and event displays.

Blank hats are $50 each. Choose your color and select BLANK under “BLANK OR DECORATED” to order a hat for your own project. Patches and custom decoration are not included with the blank option.

Make something they’ll notice
